  • HHS’s linked product guide is dated August 2025 and remains the guide linked from its current patient page. Confirm current limits with the program before purchase.
  • The guide states no other possession limit for concentrates and other medical cannabinoid products. It describes higher flower allowances for certain authorized cancer patients. Home cultivation and full eligibility have not been reviewed here.
